Answers to common questions, and how to reach a person if yours isn't here.

Frequently asked questions

Does Gigcall work without a signal?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Every screen reads from a copy of your tour's data stored on your device, so it works on a bus, on a plane, or anywhere else with no connection. Changes you make offline are saved right away and sync automatically the next time your device has a signal.
What happens if two people edit the same day at once?
Each person's own change is kept, field by field — editing the venue address while someone else edits the load-in time does not lose either change. If you both edit the exact same field, the later edit wins and the person whose edit was overwritten is shown a notice, with the option to see the history of that field.
How do I add my crew?
From a tour's roster, share an invite code or an invite link. Crew seats are always free, on every plan — only the manager running the schedule needs a paid seat.
What do the plans cost, and what's the difference?
See the in-app paywall (account menu → "See plans and upgrade") for current pricing. In short: Solo covers one manager on unlimited tours, Team adds up to five manager seats per tour, and Org removes the manager-seat limit and adds a shared roster and contact book across every tour your organization runs. Crew are never charged on any plan.
How do I get a paper day sheet?
Open a day sheet's menu and choose "Export PDF" or "Print / preview." You can export a single day, a range of dates, or the whole tour as one book, and choose between the full manager copy or a crew copy that leaves out anything marked managers-only.
Can I get my data out of Gigcall?
Yes — the account menu's "Export my data" produces a full copy of your tour content that you can keep or move elsewhere.
What languages does Gigcall support?
English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The app follows your device's language by default; you can also set a language for Gigcall specifically from the account menu, independent of your device's own setting.
How do notifications work?
When something changes on a day you're following — a time moves, a day is added, a file is uploaded — everyone else on that tour with alerts turned on gets a notification. You can mute a single tour, or turn off alerts for a device entirely, from the notification settings screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel them there: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling in Gigcall isn't possible because the store — not us — holds the billing relationship.
How do I delete my account?
From the account menu, choose "Delete account." See Delete your account for exactly what that does and how long it takes.
Is my data secure?
Everything is encrypted in transit, and only people you've invited onto a tour can read its content. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Something isn't syncing — what do I do?
Check the sync status icon in the app bar; tapping it opens a sheet with more detail and a "Retry now" button. If it's still stuck, the same sheet has a "Send diagnostics" button that puts together a plain-text report (with nothing private in it beyond what's needed to debug) you can send to us at gigcall01@gmail.com.
